$24.10 - $28.30 per hour.

• 100% paid medical, dental and vision.

• Assist residents in achieving their best possible quality of life by providing basic personal care.
• Deliver nursing and nursing‑related activities for residents within established guidelines and in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• Monitor residents throughout the day without interfering with their privacy.
• Provide resident‑directed services that honor resident lifestyles and preferences.
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, dining, hygiene, bathing, changing soiled clothing and bedding.
• Perform transferring of residents using a two‑person lift or mechanical lifts in accordance with resident care plans.
• Maintain residents’ rooms in a neat and orderly manner while honoring preferences.
• Create an environment with the Neighborhood Team where residents have ongoing opportunities to participate in individualized and purposeful activities, resembling their previous home environment, lifestyle and customary daily routine.

• Unencumbered Washington Nursing Assistant, Certified license.
• Obtain AED and HIV/AIDS training within 30 days of hire.
• Requires Food Handler’s permit, First Aid and CPR.
• Ability to deal with multiple priorities and demands.
• Regular, predictable and dependable attendance.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Effective English communication skills both verbal and written.
