Heron’s Key, is a premier life plan community located in Gig Harbor Washington. We are dedicated to providing our residents the best senior living experience in the Puget Sound area and offer a full continuum of care from independent living to assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care.

2pm - 10pm
Wednesday - Sunday

We offer: 100% paid medical, dental and vision, employer paid life insurance and AD&D for employees working 30+ hours/week (Option to buy-up if desired). In addition, we offer a Flexible Spending account for medical and childcare reimbursements with a $500.00 rollover feature (No Rollover on childcare) AND the option to purchase Long Term disability insurance. Eligibility begins the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 403(B) plan (Eligibility on 403b – 20+ hours per week) – We match 50 cents for every dollar saved up to 10% of your annual salary.
