ResponsibilitiesDevelop personalized treatment plans, implement therapy techniques, operate specialized equipment, assess patient progress, collaborate with healthcare professionals, educate patients and caregivers, maintain safety protocols, and participate in quality assurance and discharge planning.
Qualifications & SkillsValid Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Physical abilities include moving equipment and patients, and working under pressure. Proficiency in English, PC skills, and sensory abilities are required.
Key DutiesConduct assessments, create and adjust therapy plans, document outcomes, ensure coordinated care, and promote patient education and safety.
