Position Overview: The VP of Technology / Software Developer will be responsible for continuously developing our hardware, software, and technology repair and refurbishment systems throughout the facility and our online websites and integrations. This individual willwork closely with the management team to ensure our technological infrastructure meets the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of technology strategies to enhance the company's hardware and software systems.
• Oversee the repair and refurbishment processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in all technological operations.
• Develop and maintain our online platforms, ensuring seamless integrations and user experiences.
• Collaborate with the management team to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage technology-related projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as needed.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance technical skills across the company.
• Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures for reference and training purposes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
  Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development and technology management.
• Proven experience in leading technology projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems, including repair and refurbishment processes.
• Proficient in programming languages, software development tools, and platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the management team and other stakeholders.
