Base pay range: $19.00/hr – $25.00/hr pay scale: $19.40–$24.58/hr.

Tuesday–Saturday. Tuesday–Thursday 7:30am–4:00pm. Friday–Saturday 6:30am–3:00pm.

100% paid medical, dental and vision. Employer‑paid life insurance and AD&D for employees working 30+ hours/week. Flexible Spending Account with $500 rollover (no childcare rollover). • Respond to emergency calls, minor maintenance, housekeeping, smoke and fire alarms.
• Maintain predictable attendance.
• Empty and transport trash, recycling, documents; shred documents to proper bins.
• Collect soiled linens, following infection control safeguards.
• Dust and disinfect surfaces in resident rooms, apartments, offices.
• Clean bathrooms, locker rooms, sinks, tubs/showers, toilets, urinals, windows, light fixtures, and walls.
• Floor care: sweep, damp‑mop, vacuum; strip, refinish, buff hard floors.
• Restock supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap).
• Conduct resident security ring checks.
• Set up rooms for events; move furniture.
• Change laundry room cleaning chemical containers.
• Clean swimming pool and facility areas.
• Transport bio‑hazardous waste and infectious linens.
• Use ladders to remove and rehang privacy curtains, drapes throughout campus.
• Other duties as assigned.
