Real Craft builds solid wood doors the way they were meant to be built — by hand, by skilled craftspeople, in Gig Harbor, Washington. Every door that leaves our shop is a reflection of that standard. We sell direct to consumers across the United States and Canada, and we are the only DTC source for solid wood carriage doors and solid wood bifolding garage doors in the country.
We invest in the craft, in our people, and in the client experience because that is what the work demands.
We are hiring a Director of Operations to build the structure, visibility, and accountability needed for Real Craft to scale successfully without losing the craftsmanship, quality, and culture that set us apart. This is not a role focused on maintaining the status quo—it is a leadership role focused on building, improving, and strengthening our operational foundation.
As Director of Operations, you will own the end-to-end execution of our production and delivery process, ensuring projects move efficiently from material procurement to final shipment. You will create the systems, metrics, and communication channels that drive predictable performance, enable informed decision-making, and support continued growth.
You will serve as a key operational partner to the President & CEO, providing accurate, timely, and actionable insights while proactively identifying risks, resolving challenges, and driving accountability across teams.
If you are energized by building high-performing operations, solving complex challenges, aligning people around clear goals, and creating a culture of accountability and trust, this role was built for you.
