Regional Director of Operations - Senior Living

Senior Services of America is looking for a Regional Director of Operations to help oversee and support our senior living communities in WA, OR, .

A successful candidate will have experience in the senior living space as either a seasoned executive director looking for career growth or a seasoned regional who has experience in supporting senior living communities. At Senior Services of America we strive to be visible and supportive to our communities and we are looking for a leader to provide the same support and customer service to our teams, families, and customers.

• Overseeing and ensuring the quality operations of our Assisted Living/Memory Care communities
• Successfully leading operational needs and facility management teams
• Work independently and support key team members.
• Have knowledge of and ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations and laws.

A Regional Director of Operations at SSA will oversee a portfolio of communities is either WA, OR, or , or a combination. Each unique community wants a RDO that can support the onsite teams and help provide oversight for compliance and to maintain the best living and working environments in senior living. We need a positive and energetic RDO that wants to drive performance, set standards and be a change agent in our company!
