About the Position
At Real Craft, our Craftsmen/Craftswomen build high‑quality custom wood doors that are sought after by architects and contractors across the US. They machine door components, assemble and finish products, and are precise in material selection, sanding, hardware preparation, and crating. This position requires strong woodworking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an authentic woodshop environment where craftsmanship and quality are paramount.
Compensationand Benefits
- Hourly pay of $23 to $25 per hour.

- Communicate with supervisors and teammates to stay on track with production goals.
- Follow project plans carefully to complete work accurately and on time.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of woodworking experience in a production, carpentry, or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and woodshop equipment.
- Ability to take direction from supervisors and collaborate with team members.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
This full‑time position is at our campus in Gig Harbor, Washington. Hours are Monday through Friday.
Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand or walk for extended periods. Requires physical stamina, including lifting heavy materials, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
