FT Stocker‑Merchandiser (Full Time)
Location:
Gig Harbor, WA
Hourly Rate: $17.13 per hour
Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining shelf stock and department level merchandising.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Stockers put merchandise on the sales floor and set up displays.
- Cultivate a well‑merchandised/displayed store.
- Stock store with merchandise as directed by store management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to a variety of customers.
- Rotate product on display based on the store's rotation schedule, including holiday merchandise.
- Maintain a safe working/shopping environment for customers and employees.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- 1 – 3 months of related experience and/or training.
- Attends every scheduled shift.
- Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision‑making and communication skills.
- Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus.
- Self‑motivated; resourceful, creative; high integrity; problem solver; positive can‑do approach; ability to build effective working relationships.
