• Ace Retail Operations
  :
  Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are executed, keeping the store clean, organized, and styles easily shoppable.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer

  Champion our culture by embodying the behaviors that power our Customer Connection, providing stellar customer engagement, and ensuring customers have the styles and brands they crave.

Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to ensure the needs of the business are met. Overtime hours may be required.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Build constructive and effective relationships within store
• Communicate positively with associates at all levels
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with management as needed
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Work effectively within a team
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours

• Lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height safely.
• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and lift frequently.
• Be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
