Full Time Stocker/Merchandiser – GIG HARBOR, WA
Hourly Rate: $17.13 per hour
Position SummaryResponsible for maintaining shelf stock and department level merchandising.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Placing merchandise on the sales floor and set up displays
- Cultivates a well-merchandised/displayed store
- Stocks store with merchandise as directed by store management
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to a variety of customers.
- Rotates product on display based on the store's rotation schedule, including holiday merchandise.
- Maintains a safe working/shopping environment for customers and employees.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required
- 1 – 3 months of related experience and/or training
- Attends every scheduled shift
- Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills
- Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
