We are in search of a dependable Payroll Specialist to join our growing team.

• Responsible for processing and management of time capture and expenses with overall focus on data collection, data integrity and customer service.
• Process new hire entries and employee terminations.
• Process weekly payrolls for both W2 and 1099 contractors.
• Organize and complete agreements and purchase orders as it relates to processing contractor payroll and client invoicing.
• Confirm all compliance requirements are met to process payment.
• Audit activities and issue resolutions.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of multi-state payroll experience.
• 2+ years in a customer service-related position.
• Intermediate to strong skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, including Excel and Outlook.
• Must be well organized, dependable and detail oriented.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and work ethics.
• Some schedule flexibility is ideal during payroll processing days.
• Must be a self-started who can prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
