Compensation: $25-$27/hr
We're partnering with a well-established, fast-growing construction firm that supports some of Arizona's leading homebuilders. They are looking to add an Accounts Receivable Clerk to their team-someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM (no evenings or weekends)
+ Industry Exposure:
Work with top homebuilders and gain hands-on experience in construction accounting
What You'll Be Doing
+ Process and reconcile daily cash receipts across multiple systems
+ Generate and send invoices for completed construction work
+ Manage lien waivers and billing documentation
+ Research and resolve payment discrepancies and outstanding invoices
+ Work within customer portals and internal systems to track project completion
+ Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate and timely billing
