• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Prepare invoice deduction notices, as necessary
• Audit freight bills against freight manifests
• Answer all vendor inquiries
• Analyze vendor accounts and negotiate extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted
• Prepare accounts payable checks
• Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files
• Prepare analysis of accounts, as required
• Assist in monthly closings
• Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

• 1-2 years AP/AR experience; previous automotive experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products and general computer use/calc
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self‑motivated, organized, and effective problem‑solver
• Advanced computer skills
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
