Controller, Accountant in Charge

Direct Hire, Accountant in Charge. Controller. Manufacturing Company (small batch, high quality products for health care industry)

Our long-time Accountant is retiring , very soon, she hopes! The best candidate for this job will have :

• Able to work in our office in Tempe
• Minimum 3 years of GAAP GL Accounting , Financial Reporting
• Inventory Accounting for raw materials and finished goods inventory (it is a manufacturing company)
• Quick Books Enterprise, or SAP ,
  or other ERP system
• Willingness to learn our business
• Able to scale-up as there is continued growth
  , we have already expanded internationally!
• Some supervisory skills.
  Able to manage the office while the Leadership is traveling .
• Payroll - preparation of timesheets for ADP
• Prepare reports for outside CPA for taxes.
• Non smoking office, no guns on premises.
• Pay rate is DOE $65K-75K with definite room to grow.
  Direct hire role with excellent benefits. About 20 employees.
