The Administrative Assistant will support the Finance department, performing claims billing for skilled nursing facilities. The role will receive, track and respond to ADR's. Additionally, this position will ensure compliant, accurate and timely claims submissions. The Administrative Assistant may perform other activities in multiple human resources areas, including operations and branding.

• Valid background check, fingerprint clearance card (or eligibility to obtain)
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook and Calendar)
• Ability to work on the phone and in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
• Knowledge of skilled nursing facility (SNF) billing process.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
