Field Trip & Transportation Scheduler

Charter One works with schools across the country to provide all-inclusive education management services. At Charter One we pride ourselves on our thorough knowledge of charter school operations, academics, finance, human resources, information technology, marketing, and more. We handle the day-to-day work so that client school boards can focus on governance and policy issues to be sure that the vision and mission of the school are being carried out properly.

American Leadership Academy is now accepting applications for a Trip Coordinator. Candidates must possess, or be willing to obtain, an Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card.

• Review emails daily for Field Trips Requests that come in via Script Software as well as Calendar Items sent by all Athletic departments and all sports
• Assigns drivers to cover the numerous field trips after determining the type of vehicle that is needed
• Communicating any changes from the Sponsors to the Drivers.
• Logs all Field Trips in a calendar
• Creates spreadsheet for each campus of Field Trips that are approved
• Answering incoming calls and emails for the Transportation department in a professional manner
• Other duties as assigned

• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• High School Diploma or equivalent
