Arizona Cruise & Travel is a growing travel agency located in Downtown Gilbert, Arizona.

We specialize in cruises, river cruises, all-inclusive resorts, escorted tours, and custom vacation planning for travelers around the world.

Position Details
  • Location:

    Downtown Gilbert, AZ
  • Schedule:

    20-25 hours per week
  • Hours:

    Monday-Friday during standard business hours
  • Flexible scheduling within office hours
  • Compensation: $18-$20 per hour depending on experience
  • Monthly bonus opportunities available after 90 days
  • Potential for full-time employment for the right candidate
  • This is an in-office position and is not eligible for remote work
Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain prospect and client information within our database
  • Schedule appointments for agency owners Richard and Kristin
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Take detailed and accurate messages
  • Welcome visitors and provide a professional first impression of our company
  • Assist with preparation of travel documents for departing clients
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain accurate records and notes
  • Provide administrative support for daily office operations

  • Travel industry experience
