** Real Estate Administrative Coordinator
**** Position Summary
** The Real Estate Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to the real estate division by coordinating schedules, communications, meetings, and documentation across multiple departments. This role assists with property management, facilities operations, vendor coordination, and contract administration while helping facilitate communication between field staff, operations teams, and external partners.
** Responsibilities
* ** Provide administrative support to the real estate division, including calendaring, scheduling meetings, managing communications, and taking meeting notes.
* Assist with communication and coordination between field staff and operations teams to help support day-to-day tasks and projects.
* Support property management activities, including coordinating maintenance, scheduling inspections, and assisting with lease-related documentation.
* Assist with facilities-related tasks, including vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, and addressing facility needs as they arise.
* Assist with reviewing and organizing contracts, tracking deadlines, and preparing related documentation.
* Utilize internal software systems for document management, scheduling, vendor tracking, and data entry while maintaining accurate records and files.
** Qualifications and Requirements
*** 2+ years of experience in real estate, property management, or facilities management
* Low-level AP or accounting experience preferred
* Knowledge of legal contracts, lease agreements, and property management principles

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. The base pay for this position has a range of $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
