Sandbar Development is a luxury custom home builder looking for an experienced Office Manager to own our day-to-day office operations and billing.
Requirements- 3+ years in office management/administration, ideally with a construction or home building company
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning a process end to end — not just following one
- Run day-to-day office operations and keep the team organized
- Own the billing cycle: invoicing, tracking, vendor and client documentation
- Improve and tighten up processes as we grow, not just maintain them
- Work closely with our Project Coordinator and leadership team to keep everything moving
- We're a small, high‑craft team. If you like building systems and keeping things tight, we want to talk.
