Horne Kia in Gilbert is actively hiring Mainline Technicians who are ready to train and become certified in a fast-paced, high-production shop
. We are also open to Kia and Hyundai Certified Technicians as well!

Location: Gilbert, AZ

Pay: $110,000 – $205,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Kia vehicles
• Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Work closely with service advisors and team members to keep workflow moving
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop
• Stay current on Kia technology, EV, and hybrid systems

What We’re Looking For

• Kia and/or Hyundai Certifications Preferred
• 2–3+ years of automotive technician experience REQUIRED
• Dealership experience preferred
• ASE certifications a plus
• EV/Hybrid experience preferred
• Ability to produce 175+ hours per month
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical ability
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
