Horne Kia is a growing automotive dealership located in Gilbert, Arizona, committed to providing exceptional customer service and a supportive work environment. We are seeking a dedicated Vehicle Exchange Specialist to join our team and contribute to our vehicle acquisition and trade programs.

• Salary: From $3,000 to $7,000 per month
• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Gilbert, AZ 85297

Flexible shifts available, including Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Shift length varies between 3 to 12 hours or 4 to 10 hours.

• Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
• Greet and assist customers as they enter the service department.
• Ensure customers feel welcomed and comfortable at the dealership.
• Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors for dents, wear, and damage.
• Check vehicle air conditioning performance and tire condition using a depth meter.
• Accurately document vehicle details on appraisal sheets.
• Follow the dealership’s appraisal process to create complimentary trade offers.

• Proven expertise in customer service with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computers and smart phones.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Confident in greeting and engaging with new customers.
• Flexible availability to work shifts including weekdays and Saturdays.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Preferred experience in customer-facing roles such as barista, waitress, or hostess.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including background check, motor vehicle record review, drug test, and credit report.
