Horne Kia is actively hiring Used Car Reconditioning Technicians and Automotive Technicians to join our elite reconditioning team in Gilbert.

Performance-Driven Culture

Perform vehicle reconditioning and repair work according to repair orders

Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including:

Engine

Transmission

Electrical Systems

Brake Systems

Air Conditioning Systems

Conduct vehicle inspections and identify repair needs

Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized service tools

Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer standards

Test-drive vehicles when necessary to verify repairs

Communicate repair recommendations and time estimates

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Minimum 1 year of automotive technician experience required

2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred

Dealership experience is a plus but not required

Independent shop technicians are encouraged to apply

ASE Certifications preferred but not required

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

Experience using electronic diagnostic equipment

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Team-oriented mindset

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
