We’re looking for a Regional Business Director to build, own and lead the Southwest U.S. This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, values autonomy, and is motivated by building and scaling—not maintaining the status quo. You’ll take full responsibility for regional performance, distributor leadership, and execution of go-to-market strategies in a fast-moving, high-growth setting.

What You’ll Do- Own regional revenue growth and sales execution across the Southwest
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain high-performing distributor and rep network
- Build and execute strategic regional sales plans aligned with aggressive growth goals
- Develop strong relationships with key surgeons, customers, and partners
- Lead in-OR case support while training and educating surgeons, staff and new sales representatives on product application, technique, and best practices
- Act as the voice of the field—bringing market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to leadership
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Service to drive alignment and execution
- Manage product approvals and pricing negotiations in ASCs and Hospitals, sales forecasting, KPIs, and performance reporting to the VP of Sales
- Represent Atreon at industry meetings, conferences, and customer events
- 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in Orthopedics, and/or Sports Medicine
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven success exceeding revenue targets and building scalable sales organizations
- Experience working with and leading an independent distributor sales channel
- Trusted relationships with surgeon KOLs, industry HCPs and administrative rolls at hospitals and ASCs
- Direct operating room experience supporting cases, serving as an educational resource to surgeons and clinical staff, and consistently demonstrating strong OR protocol and professional etiquette
- Proven success commercializing new, innovative technology platforms
- Comfortable operating with limited structure and high accountability
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region & nationally for meeting support
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Foot & Ankle and/or Sports Medicine surgical markets
- Proven success contributing within an emerging technology or early-stage company environment
- Territory planning, quota setting, and sales compensation design
