• Partner on key revenue cycle analytic initiatives and implementations to enhance operations
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop robotic process automation for revenue cycle
• Review and analyze revenue cycle data to identify reimbursement opportunities and trends
• Track performance metrics and compare them to benchmarks for business process optimization
• Manage other analysts and RCM supervisors while performing revenue recognition monitoring and analysis

• Minimum of 5 years of revenue cycle experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Technical expertise in practice management software, business intelligence tools, and data validation
• In-depth knowledge of government, commercial, and managed care insurance reimbursement methodologies across various states

• Experience in advanced revenue cycle analytics and automation solutions
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to identify process improvements
• Previous management experience overseeing analysts or teams
