Sr. Estimator

Seeking a Construction Senior Estimator with leadership experience. This position has a clear path to a Chief Estimator within a year.

Lead & mentor a team (5-7)

Develop pricing using production‑based and unit‑price estimating methods

Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and supplier quotes

Help improve estimating processes, standards, and best practices

Heavy civil focus: wet utilities, grading, concrete

In‑office role with true work‑life balance (7-4 schedule)

$110K-$150K (ish) base + bonus, company vehicle & fuel card
