Position Summary
Senior Manager of Pricing Process Improvement – Client and Networks Pricing (CNP) team. The role leads high‑impact quality improvement initiatives that support the strategic direction of the CNP organization, uncovering actionable insights from price guarantee quality and error data, and implementing cross‑functional solutions to drive sustained performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross‑functional quality improvement initiatives, identifying trends, drivers, and root causes from price guarantee error data.
- Develop and maintain process maps, baseline performance metrics, root cause analysis, recommended actions, and control plans.
- Consolidate and analyze error data from multiple sources, prioritize issues for root cause analysis, and recommend corrective action.
- Track and facilitate execution of quality improvement efforts, ensuring actions are owned, progressing, and validated for effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a CNP quality scorecard to establish baseline and track progress over time, including trend analysis and reporting specific to price guarantees.
- Participate in strategic assessments and support deliverables: framing, data collection, analysis, interpretation, recommendations, and report‑outs.
- Apply DMAIC, LEAN, 8D, and other relevant methodologies to deliver results as a continuous improvement and change agent.
- Develop project charters with subject matter experts and stakeholders; manage charter updates and approvals.
- Document current and target state processes using SIPOC, flow charts, value‑stream mapping, Pareto diagrams, 5
Whys, and other analytical tools. - Maintain a RAID log to identify, track, resolve, and, if necessary, escalates project items to keep initiatives on schedule.
- Demonstrate 50% management/driver of results and 50% leading/influencing thinking, actions, and development of others.
- Use MS Office, Project, Visio, and Minitab for data analysis and presentation development; tailor presentations for project teams and stakeholders.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in pricing, PBM/healthcare operations, process improvement, quality, analytics, or related domains.
- 5+ years leading cross‑functional process/quality improvement efforts with measurable outcomes, influencing without authority.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or higher certification.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry and compliance environment.
- Experience with highly complex, inter‑connected systems and business processes.
- Experience working in a matrix environment.
- Advanced statistics / data analysis experience.
- LEAN certification.
- PMP certification.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
