Product Manager – Developer Ecosystem Business Unit
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our Developer Ecosystem Business Unit. In this role, you will contribute to the development and delivery of products that are essential for the success and growth of the Developer Ecosystem. The Developer Ecosystem is responsible for building and innovating the CX Platform that Nextiva will use to build our first‑party experiences, as well as offering this platform for developers and ISVs to build customizations for Nextiva applications.
Additionally, this business unit will offer the platform as a service for developers to build customer experience capabilities into their standalone applications and services. The focus will be on creating the SDK along with required documentation and samples to enable first‑party experiences and a preferred choice for third‑party developers to add CX capabilities.
- Define and communicate the product strategy in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and goals.
- Develop and execute a roadmap that prioritizes feature development and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product development efforts with business goals and revenue targets.
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
- Execute successful product launches, including collaborating with relevant internal teams on pricing strategies, sales enablement, and marketing efforts.
- Monitor post‑launch performance and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
- Act as the voice of the customer for the product, ensuring customer needs and feedback are central to product decisions.
- Build trust and influence with key stakeholders and various parts of the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Proven experience in Product Management and Software Development at scale.
- Experience in building platforms for developers in the Customer Experience and CRM space is a plus. Awareness of adjacent spaces such as customer service, sales, marketing tools, and e-commerce is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability in Agile Development Practices.
- Ability to influence without direct authority – orchestrating multiple disciplines that do not report directly to execute toward a shared objective.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and present to stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of successfully bringing software products to market.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
