We are continuing to grow and looking to add another great individual to our family. This is a very fast paced work environment that can change rapidly. Senior care can be very rewarding to a dedicated individual. We take care of our staff and you can be in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing Senior Home Care Business. This position offers the benefit of working with a fun team in our corporate office and occasional days from home.
You will also be able to meet and interact with our clients during home visits. This position will start part time 25 hours per week and should move to full time within 90 days.

- Assess questions or requests; handle situation or delegate to proper person.
- Client and caregiver scheduling.
- Finding and recruiting reliable and compassionate caregivers.
- Perform routine visits to clients and caregivers in the home and insure care plan is being followed.
- Assess caregiver performance and make recommendations.
- Communicate with social workers, discharge planners, and client's family regarding schedule and care details and case challenges.
- Input data into client management software.
- Assign caregivers and start cases with client, caregiver, and family and help establish care plan.
- Answer company emergency line during off business hours: handle emergency situations that arise. 5-10 days per month depending on case load.
- Willingness to be trained to handle client care if replacement cannot be found.
- Ideal individual with background in sales and administrative assistance with strong attention to detail.
- Great communication skills, comfortable interacting with clients and creating solutions to problems.
- Self‑starter able to work independently.
- Computer skills: must be comfortable with technology.
- Possess your own computer and have access to reliable high speed internet service.
- Must live in the East valley.
