About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Project Operations Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support day-to-day operational activities acrossthe organization,with a focus on KPI tracking, timesheet coordination, and continuous process improvement. You willassistin collecting andmaintainingdata,monitoringteam inputs, and helping ensureaccurateandtimelyreporting.
You will play a key role in supporting team operations by organizing workflows,identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, and helping build scalable processes as the team expands. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and interested in contributing to a collaborative, high-performing project environment.
What You’ll Do:- Operational Support:
Provide day-to-day operational support across multipleservice lines, helping teams stay organized, aligned, and on track. - KPI Tracking & Reporting:
Assist in tracking andmaintainingkey performance indicators (KPIs), compiling data, and supporting the creation of regular performance reports to provide visibility intoteam. - Timesheet Coordination:
Support timesheet tracking and validation by ensuringtimelysubmissions,maintainingaccuraterecords, and following up with team members as needed to resolve discrepancies. - Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational processes, and support the implementation of more efficient, scalable ways of working as the team grows. - Team & Operations Support:
Contribute to building a strong, well-coordinated team environment by assistingdocumentation and standardization of processes and tools. - Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional team members to support communication, share updates, and help ensure operational needs are met across projects. - Data Management:
Maintain organized andaccuratedata and documentation to support reporting, decision-making, and continuous improvement efforts. - Quality & Consistency:
Help ensure consistent application of processes, attention to detail, andhigh standards of quality across operations.
- 1–4+ years of experience in project operations, project coordination, business operations, or a related support role, preferably within engineering, construction, or energy industries.
- Exposure to project environments such as engineering, utility-scale solar, or similar industries is a plus, but not required.
- Experience supporting KPI tracking, data management, reporting, or timesheet coordination preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business,Communicationsor related fields.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Skilled communicator who thrives on teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
- Innovative problem-solver with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within operations and contribute to building scalable, efficient team workflows.
- Strong data analysis mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
$18 - $22 an hour
