Daycare Teacher - Lead - rooms

Summary

Giggle and Grow Child Care is a small, family-owned and operated company looking for two new full-time teachers (1 and 2 year-old classroom) to provide excellent care and a safe environment for our children.

Previous childcare experience is a MUST. Early Childhood Education degree or CDA preferred, but not required. This is a full-time position;
Flexibility and adaptability with the schedule is necessary. Pay to be discussed upon hire, based on experience.

4x10hr shifts

Lead Teacher responsibilities and expectations include:

• Creating a safe and welcoming learning environment
• Planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans weekly
• Preparing the children for expectations of the Preschool classroom (Circle Time, sitting down for table time activities, independence)
• Effectively communicating with parents on a daily basis
• Supervising classroom activities and having excellent classroom management skills
• Diaper changes, as well on working on potty training at parents request
• Maintaining a clean and tidy classroom throughout the day; sanitizing toys and floors at end of shift
• Tracking attendance
• Writing out daily reports on the Brightwheel app for parents
• Ensuring full compliance with all Arizona State childcare guidelines

• Level One Fingerprint card
