Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking, experienced construction professional who has excellent communication and organizational skills. To oversee new construction and industrial construction projects at OSHA and MSHA sites. The Superintendent will be responsible for interaction, and communication with Project Manager, RAM personnel, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and satisfies scope of Work (SOW) requirements.
This is an hourly position based out of the Gilbert, AZ facility. This position reports directly to the Project Manager of RAM Enterprise, Inc.

- Must be a dedicated leader in safety and supporting the team through mentoring, training, and succession‑planning activities.
- Ability to manage RAM employees and subcontractors in an efficient manner.
- Ensure all works are performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate techniques.
- Manage project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long‑term goals.
- Perform safety inspections, and interact with field crews, and our clients, to promote a safe working culture.
- Actively participate in risk management. formal risks, safety analysis, FRA, JHA’s, lift plans, and ACE cards.
- Project management skills to include manpower requirements, interviews, timecard approvals, job estimating, client meetings, expense reporting, equipment scheduling requirements, and project reviews.
- Must have a clear understanding of the product lines that we promote and the ability to communicate to customers the features and benefits of each.
- Lead continual development of team members, employee reviews, and disciplinary actions when required.
- Clearly understand company profit expectations and the impact on monthly financials, job closeout, and client turnover.
- This position could require travel and overnight stay depending on the project location.
- Other job duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience in the industrial construction field.
- Advanced understanding of MSHA and OSHA rules and regulations.
- Ability to complete cost estimates, read and interpret blueprints and drawings, and create material take‑offs.
- Journeyman experience in process installations new construction and equipment replacements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Ability to develop and sustain positive safety culture, and working relationships with RAM employees, clients, and sub‑contractors.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, and Outlook.
- Experience working on smartphones and tablets.
- A valid driver’s license is required upon hire and as a condition of continued employment.
Conditions:
- Ability to work in various industrial settings, including Shop environment, mining environment, and construction environment, which may include exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity.
- Ability to safely lift 75-100 lbs. frequently, using proper lifting techniques.
- RAM will provide phone and laptop, transportation, and training requirements necessary for the project locations.
