• 1+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construct

ion
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site managem

ent
• Experience coordinating multiple trades on active construction si

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specificati

ons
• Strong leadership and communication ski

lls
• Proven track record delivering projects safely and on sched

ule
• Experience with data center, manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, or large commercial projects is advantage
