Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
- Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening
- Enthusiasm for insurance and financial products helping people manage risks and achieve their dreams
- People-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, dedicated to customer service
- Ability to work in a team and relate effectively to customers
- Property and Casualty license (must obtain)
- Life and Health license (must obtain)

Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 per year
