Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening
• Enthusiasm for insurance and financial products helping people manage risks and achieve their dreams
• People-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, dedicated to customer service
• Ability to work in a team and relate effectively to customers
• Property and Casualty license (must obtain)
• Life and Health license (must obtain)

Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 per year
