DISPATCHER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We are looking to grow our company and are currently seeking hard‑working and dependable individual to join our team. Our customer service representatives are critical to our team because they are the primary point of contact with our customers. If you have a strong work ethic and a professional manner, this challenging position is right for you!
Knowledge of Service Titan
- Coordinate appointments for AC service technicians by handling incoming calls and emails.
- Look over invoices to verify completed work by the technicians and forward to needed departments for follow up.
- Utilize emails to route technicians to their needed stops, such as repairs, maintenances and diagnostics.
- Be able to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays and overtime
- Multitask in a fast paced environment and be able to keep busy during a slow period
- Be able to work with basic office programs such as Excel, email, and Word
