Role overview: This role requires thorough attention to detail, daily task execution of approved or updated corporate processes to meet performance expectations, including effective emails, email follow up, corporate CRM data entry, knowledge of basic building systems to innovate and improve client performance expectations, and phone calls/virtual consulting. The candidate must be self-motivated and proficient at meeting deadlines while working remotely.
ResponsibilitiesSeek out, follow through, and improve documentation needed to complete Xactimate estimates in a timely and efficient manner.
Daily interaction with contractors to keep estimate reviews moving forward.
Daily interaction with Claims Management for documentation updates and/or supporting insurance justification.
Relationship management activities, some consulting, and a desire to support & improve client restoration businesses.
Market leadership through continuous learning and technology as it pertains to the restoration industry.
Attend appropriate company meetings.
SkillsComfortable communicating via phone, email, chat, and texting.
Highly organized and punctual.
Ability to learn new processes and procedures.
Works well in a team environment while working remotely.

EducationHigh school or equivalent (Preferred)
You get to choose where you work and use your own computer and cell phone. We are looking for team members who are effective at working remote, meeting the appropriately set benchmarks and standards post their training. This position is potentially remote to hybrid.
