Call Center Customer Service Representative for Loan Processing
We are hiring Call Center Customer Service Representatives - $2000 hiring bonus
The Call Center Customer Service Representative/Loan Processor provides superior effective customer service and assures accurate information has been provided to process loans via phone and internet. This position requires a solid understanding of integrity and demonstrates ethical behavior as they have access to critical, sensitive, corporate systems and company & customer information.
Essential Functions- Assists in the overall LP process in the call center
- Provides superior customer service and follows established procedures in order to fulfill customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction via the phone system and internet programs
- Ensures daily and monthly loan processing goals are achieved
- Handles high volume of Inbound/Outbound customer service calls for Loan Processing.
- Obtains necessary information to process and complete loan files
- Examines documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with existing underwriting guidelines
- Fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of lending services and practices
- Other duties as assigned
- Required:
High School Diploma or GED - Preferred:
Some college
- Required:
Experience with the following computer software:
Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point - Preferred: 2 years of customer service and/or collections and/or loan processing experience; experience with Outlook Exchange, the Internet, loan management systems, dialer and phone systems. Willing to train individuals who do not have preferred experience.
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 5 lbs. Must be able to work with a moderate noise level office atmosphere.

Work schedule:
9 am - 5:30 pm (no weekends or evenings)
Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt
Salary and benefits: $18.90 /hour; non-exempt with monthly bonuses and 401K, We pay 100% of the employees' premium for Health Care Benefits, Dental, Vision, and Life & AD&D. Paid time off after probationary period.
