Job TitleMember Services Representative (Club - Overnight Member Services Rep)
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a high energy, positive member of the team providing members with an unprecedented experience and encouraging them to achieve their fitness goals. The Member Services Representative will create a welcoming environment, provide excellent customer service, assist with member enrollment, and help maintain a clean, judgment‑free club.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and deliver a +1% customer service level, ensuring members feel like family.
- Check‑in members at the welcome desk, greet and say farewells.
- Conduct energetic, non‑high‑pressure tours of the club and introduce members to Black Card amenities.
- Assist with member enrollment and other club responsibilities.
- Maintain a clean and safe club environment, including handling hazardous chemicals as needed.
- Work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum age 18.
- Passion for helping others.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable, on‑time, dependable; ability to be counted upon.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, balance, and handle chemicals.
