Financial Customer Service Professional

Remote location – candidates must live within commuting distance of Phoenix and be willing to meet in person up to 4-6 times per year.

• Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants, employers, and third‑party plan specialists.
• Provide excellent service for customers’ retirement savings accounts.
• Educate and empower customers without making cold calls or sales.
• Communicate critical plan updates and changes.
• Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals.
• Process general account changes upon customer direction.

• Associate degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience (e.g., food service, retail, hospitality, teaching, military, or banking), or two or more years of customer service experience.
• Availability to work a 40‑hour work week, outside of traditional business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Financial services or call‑center experience.
• A passion for providing quality customer service.
• Desire to engage with customers over the phone.
• Capability to adapt communication style for a diverse customer base.
• Attention to detail and ability to learn and apply financial industry policies, processes, and procedures.

Base salary range: $37,800 – $51,975 per year, commensurate with experience and education. Non‑sales positions may receive a bonus program; sales positions are eligible for incentives and potential bonuses.
