$18.00/hr Assisting the GM and all GCSA departments with needs and concerns related to the operation. The Administrative duties play an extremely important roll to all departments within GCSA. This position would have both Administrative and Customer Service duties. The Ticket Counter Agent is the first point of contact for guests and plays a critical role in delivering a high-quality customer experience.
This position is responsible for greeting guests, processing reservations, checking in passengers, verifying documentation, and coordinating with operations to ensure smooth and timely departures for airplane tours. Available to work weekends and holidays.
