• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm with a one-hour lunch. On Saturdays, the agency is open from 9am to noon; the team rotates who will be in office on those Saturdays. If a Saturday is worked, then three hours off is allowed to be taken during the week.

• Active Arizona Property & Casualty or Life/Health Producers License Required
