Member Service Representative Position

We are looking to hire a full‑time Member Service Representative with a strong work ethic and positive outlook. The role is central to our branch team, providing exceptional customer service, processing teller transactions, and promoting credit union products.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing teller transactions, opening and closing accounts, and handling cash
• Conducting loan application interviews, processing loan applications, and funding loans
• Updating member information and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting members in the teller line and ensuring a balanced cash drawer
• Achieving individual and team sales goals while keeping up‑to‑date on all credit union products
• Promoting the credit union’s financial services and solutions to meet member needs
• Heading to other branches on occasion

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of current financial institution experience as a teller or member service representative, or two years of sales, retail, or customer service experience with cash handling responsibilities
• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other software applications
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to offer solutions that meet member needs
• Flexibility to travel to other branches as needed
• Preference for working knowledge of Symitar (Episys) and bilingual English/Spanish skills
