Position OverviewWe are currently inviting applications from service‑oriented individuals to join our team as Guest Experience Consultant. In this role, you will assist clients as they prepare for upcoming leisure trips by helping organise travel details, reviewing destination options, and supporting a smooth and positive planning experience from start to finish.
This opportunity is a great match for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organised across multiple requests, and learning about vacation experiences such as resort stays, cruises, guided tours, and international travel. Training resources and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in the role.
Core Responsibilities- Assist clients with arranging vacation components including flights, accommodations, cruises, excursions, and activities
- Provide helpful destination suggestions based on traveller interests and preferences
- Communicate with clients through email, messaging platforms, and phone when appropriate
- Support coordination of reservations with supplier partners
- Maintain accurate itinerary records within internal coordination systems
- Stay informed on destination highlights, supplier promotions, and seasonal travel opportunities
- Help ensure travellers remain updated throughout their trip preparation process
- Contribute to a positive client planning experience from inquiry through confirmation
- Interest in guest support and vacation planning services
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to stay organised while managing multiple client requests
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with standard computer tools and online systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Spain, Australia or another approved hiring region
