Veterinary Client Service Representative - FULL TIME

We're seeking a positive, friendly, organized, and compassionate individual to join our team as a Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)! • Greet clients with a smile and provide excellent customer service
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries
• Assist veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records and ensure client information is up to date
• Help keep the reception area and waiting room clean and organized

• Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for animal care
• Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software
• Positive attitude and a desire to be a part of a team dynamic
• Reliability and dependability is required
