Customer Service Representative Overview
Contract position for approximately two months. Work as a CSR for a textbook store serving high schools. Answer customer queries by email, phone, and instant messaging, address complaints, provide support, and process orders.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with clients, schools, and customers via phone and email.
- Handle high volume of emails (roughly 30% of day on phone, rest on email/research).
- Data entry and order processing.
- At least one year of call‑center experience.
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute.
- Ability to work any schedule Mon‑Sat, 8:00 am‑7:00 pm.
- Availability for a contract role of two months.
Contract to Hire position based in Gilbert, AZ. Fully onsite.
Pay & BenefitsHourly pay $20.00. Eligibility for temporary benefits may include medical, dental & vision, critical illness, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation, employee assistance, and PTO.
