Peraton is seeking a Help Desk Representative to support our Federal Customer onsite at Fort Huachuca, AZ. This role handles incoming calls to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, manage non-technical information, and assist users.
As the first point of contact for Tier 2 requests, you will ensure 24/7 shift coverage and maintain clear communication with military, civilian, and contractor customers, while following documented processes.
