Team Gilbert seeks a Customer Service Professional I to provide best-in-class service to residents in Gilbert, AZ. The role reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and involves processing licenses, payments, and inquiries in an on-site office setting.
Qualified candidates will have an associate degree or two-year certificate, 3 years of customer service experience, 2 years with multiple software systems, and preferably cashiering experience. Residency in Arizona required.
