Service Dispatcher

Job description

We are seeking a service dispatchers/customer service representative who is a team player to join our service team. The right candidate should be capable of managing multiple phone lines and dispatching in a fast paced environment, are able to adapt to changes easily and think quickly on their feet.

• Schedule service for 16+ service technicians
• Dispatch service technicians and maintain dispatch board to ensure timely service
• Ordering parts and make sure parts are picked up and delivered to technicians
• Rescheduling customers with incomplete service calls
• Manage customer service agreements on a monthly basis
• Assist with daily processing of invoices, time cards and part warranty paperwork.

• Superior typing capability
• Knowledge of Service Titan
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent organizational skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to adapt in pressure situations
• Excellent attention to detail
