GTW - Call Center Representative

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Call Center Representatives in the Mesa/Gilbert area. This role would be onsite for first 1-3 weeks for training purposes then remote afterwards. The role is primarily inbound calls with about 40-65 call on average a day. Calls are typically on the longer side of 20-30 minutes, researching the accounts to help resolve problems or expedite to supervisors, leads or manager if needed.

There are some online services requests and outbound calls if additional questions.

Any candidates considered must be able to commit to a 40 Hour Work week expectation - 10 Hour shifts, 4 Days a week M-TH schedule.

• At least 3 Years of Call center Experience
• Experience with a ACD System (Automatic Call Distribution)
• Experience with Service Now ticketing or similar for documentation/escalation
