Customer Service & Production Coordinator

Herbally Yours, Inc. is looking for an organized, dependable, and communicative team member to join us as a Customer Service & Scheduling Assistant.

This role will help support both our customers and our internal production team by keeping orders, communication, and scheduling organized and moving forward.

• Entering and maintaining customer orders
• Communicating order updates and timelines with customers
• Assisting with customer questions and follow-up
• Helping develop and maintain the production schedule
• Coordinating with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Customer Service
• Tracking order status, materials, and production readiness
• Helping identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays before they become problems
• Supporting better communication between our internal teams and our customers

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with multiple priorities
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Proactive and willing to follow up when information is needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good at keeping people informed and helping everyone stay on the same page
